Conditions for participation "Paslode" Promotion in the Netherlands.

 

1. Promotion and organiser

The organiser of the "Paslode" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is James Hardie Europe GmbH, Bennigsen-Platz 1, 40474 Düsseldorf (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser). Participation in the promotion is governed exclusively by the following conditions of participation. The promotion will only take place from 01.04.2023. to 31.12.2023.
 

2. Requirements and processing

2.1 This promotion is exclusively for professional installers.
2.2 All professional installers who place an order for Hardie VL Plank products of 50m² (standard square metres) or more with participating dealers within the above period will receive a nail gun with their first order. The nail gun received will be compatible for use with Hardie Plank products.
2.3 Further processing will be carried out by the participating dealer. The dealer will legitimise the claim in consultation with James Hardie.
2.4 Order placed within the above period are part of this promotion or while stocks last.
 

3. Exclusion from the promotion

3.1 Eligibility is non-transferable and applies only to processors purchasing Plank products for the first time.
3.2 Private customers and wholesalers are excluded. This offer is open to professional processors only.
3.3 In the event of any breach of these terms and conditions, the Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotion.
3.4 In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorised aids or otherwise gain an advantage through manipulation. This is the case, for example, if invoices are falsified in date to fall within the Promotion period.
 

4. Notices and meta-conditions

4.1 The competition is not associated with Meta and is not sponsored, endorsed or organised in any way by Meta.
4.2 Entrants shall have no claim whatsoever against Meta by virtue of entering the Competition or winning any prize under the Competition.
4.3 Any questions or comments from entrants should be directed solely to the Promoter and not to Meta.
 

5. Final provisions

5.1 Legal recourse is excluded.
5.2 Should individual provisions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
