James Hardie were delighted to support Featherstone Homes on this recent luxury development of 22 apartments on Mitcham Road, London. The project spanned 800sqm and required our products to be used in walkways, balconies and soffits. The developer’s commitment to their projects is to help purchasers to move in to a home which has been built to exceptional standards and therefore chose James Hardie as one of their trusted partners due to the quality of our products. This is their fourth project working with us.

Our flexibility to offer custom RAL colours on our Hardie® Panel product gave the client the opportunity to pick RAL 8000 which blended in with the brick selection and window frame colour. One of our dedicated Specification Managers was able to use our bespoke sample ordering system to quickly gather options for the client then arranged an appointment to deliver the samples and explain the best process to order and install. During install, we were on hand to support with any installation questions.
James Hardie have been amazing! Their level of professionalism and commitment towards supplying the cladding at Mitcham was outstanding. We are looking forward to them working on the penthouse apartments in Southfields. James Hardie offers a profound service. They aim to understand their clients needs and execute the task effectively every-time. The project took one year to complete and Hardie® Panel was sourced from Alsford Timber.
