Seven Unique Homes, One Picturesque Village – Welcome to Lime Grove
Lime Grove features a mix of seven unique four and five bedroom houses, situated in the picturesque village of Little Hadham, Hertfordshire. The home designs are contemporary and bold, featuring a mix of application styles, which see both vertical ‘hit and miss’ installation complemented by a horizontal shiplap design. Hardie® Plank fibre cement cladding was used in cedar texture, in both Iron Grey and Boothbay Blue. Houses were a half wrap design, featuring the cladding plus red and yellow brick.
During the design stage of the project we reviewed numerous alternative cladding products with our contractor, Oak Developments, but from our initial meetings with James Hardie it was clear the product was superior to the other alternatives we were looking at.

In terms of installation, the on-site team also found the James Hardie ‘toolbox training’ session beneficial. “This gave the installers the confidence to fit the product to the best possible finish” Peter Kerin from Oak Developments adds.
