Hardie® VL Plank: Kings Hill

Located at Bellway's Liberty Quarter development in Kings Hill, Kent, a selection of homes were designed with full-height vertical cladding to create a distinctive and contemporary architectural statement.

Project at a glance

Designed to Stand Out

At Liberty Quarter, several plots were required by local planners to feature fully clad elevations. Hardie® VL Plank in Midnight Black was chosen to achieve the desired appearance, delivering a clean, contemporary finish that complements the simple details.

Built on Partnership

Close collaboration between Bellway Homes and the James Hardie technical team helped ensure a successful installation across the development. Through refined storage and handling procedures, alongside consistent installation practices, the project team achieved a high quality finish across the homes.

By dedicating experienced installers to the project and following best practice guidance from the James Hardie technical team, the developers were able to deliver a uniform appearance across all 52 homes.

Our Area Sales Manager is always available to answer product related questions and provide technical support whenever needed. I would be happy to use James Hardie products on future developments where cladding is specified.
