From the outset, sustainability, safety, and long-term performance were key considerations for the project team. As a manufacturer, we worked to ensure Hardie® Panel met these priorities while also delivering the desired aesthetic.

Standout contemporary aesthetic
For Immanuel College, Hardie® Panel was specified in a Metallic Copper finish, helping to create a distinctive, modern appearance. The cladding provides a striking contrast to the vertical timber elements used on the upper elevation, while also complementing the surrounding masonry, landscaping, and green spaces.
The result is a warm, welcoming facade that enhances the building’s presence on campus while clearly identifying it as a contemporary educational environment. The crisp panel lines and rich metallic tone demonstrate how fibre cement cladding can be used creatively without compromising on performance.
